CARE INSTRUCTION

Rugs come pre washed, I suggest not to wash once you get it. After a while you can wash your rugs with your machine in 30 degree. Sunlight is good for drying.

I use UPS-express shipping service which delivers the packages in 2-4 days. There is no extra custom fee, tax or tariff. I pre pay all of the fee.

I send my orders as DDP which mean we pay for all fees such as tax, custom fee and tariff. You will not pay extra fee rather than your order.

I have two warehouses, one in Turkey and one in USA. I can ship directly from US warehouse depending on available rugs in the stock.

IF YOUR ITEM DELIVERED AS DAMAGED

Please take photo of the product and send it to me directly. I will open case with UPS and in that time I will resend your rug. If there is no issue caused by me or shipping carrier and if you still want to return the rug, you can return in 14 days via paying return cost to your carrier.
